This project revolves around the conversion of an abandoned building that has been unused for about fifty years into a modern luxury tourist center. This complex includes guest rooms and a spa. The various works were carried out with the guiding principles of respecting and conserving the style and materials of the original era.

PROMPT natural cement was used in formulating the mortar for waterproofing the floors and walls, as well as in formulating the mortar for repairing the pools and for rapid grouting.
